Terms of Service

Go-Interview.ai (“the service”) is an AI-powered platform for practicing technical interviews. We generate questions, evaluate your answers, and give you feedback. AI-generated output is not human expertise — treat it as practice material, not professional advice or a guarantee about real interview outcomes.

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK) to create an account. If you're under 18, your parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Don't share an account with others; don't use someone else's account.
• You can delete your account any time via Settings → Security. Deletion is permanent and removes all your practice data.

Don't:

• Use the service to harass, defame, or harm others.
• Use AI-generated answers from this service to deceive an actual employer in a real interview. The service is for practice; passing off its output as your own work in a hiring process is dishonest and grounds for termination of your account.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass usage quotas, paywalls, or rate limits.
• Submit content you don't have the right to submit (e.g., a CV that isn't yours).
• Attempt to extract or exfiltrate other users' data.
• Use the service to build a competing product.

• The free tier is genuinely free — no credit card required, with daily usage caps.
• Paid tiers (Pro, Enterprise) bill monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel.
• Cancel any time via Settings → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then.
• Refunds: we offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge if you're not satisfied. Email support to request one. After 7 days, charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel future renewals at any time.
• We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions stay at their current price until the next renewal.

You own the answers, CVs, job descriptions, and other inputs you submit. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to deliver the service to you (run them through the AI, store them in your account, show them back to you). We don't claim ownership and we don't use your inputs to train third-party models.

Feedback, scores, and generated questions come from large language models. They can be wrong, biased, or outdated. Verify anything important — especially career, legal, financial, or medical claims — with a qualified human source. The service is for skills practice, not authoritative advice.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms (especially the acceptable-use rules). You can terminate by deleting your account. Upon termination, your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy. Sections that reasonably should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI feedback will reflect any particular interviewer's real evaluation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or USD 50, whichever is greater). We're not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost opportunities or job offers.

We'll update this page when terms change and bump the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Go-Interview.ai is operated. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. If you're a consumer in the EU/UK, you retain the protections of your local consumer-protection law. Specific governing-law and venue terms will be finalized before general availability; contact us for the current statement.
